We're so excited about Luke. Shine and density like you would not believe. And a nice guy too. He knows the routine when a halter comes out (he leads exceptionally well).

His fleece has fineness, wonderful brightness and nice character to it. However, what keeps him out of the top ribbons is not much bundling and he doesn't have the phenotypical head (hey, but he's grey).

Luke is now "working." We believe the one girl took on his first attempt. Can't wait to see what results from that pairing with a black with lots of black in her background.

Luke is co-owned with Brenda Weber of Blue Ridge Alpaca Ranch.

It looks like Luke will be heading to a new herd spring 2021, after this artic air moves out.
